TO PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE BY STRENGTHENING FAMILIES AND BUILDING HEALTHIER COMMUNITIES WITH THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO FAMILIES WHICH PREVENT VIOLENCE, EDUCATE, SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH, AND FOSTER/DEVELOP FAMILY AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES.
