THE MISSION OF DSI IS TO RETURN DOWNTOWN SHENANDOAH TO AN ACTIVE PEDESTRIAN-ORIENTED BUSINESS DISTRICT THAT WILL PROMOTE AND SUSTAIN FURTHER ECONOMIC, CULTURAL AND CIVIC GROWTH WITHIN THE BOROUGH.
