THE LIBRARY SHALL UTILIZE AN ORGANIZED AND CURRENTLY USEFUL COLLECTION OF PRINTED ITEMS AND OTHER MATERIALS, INCLUDING THE COMPUTER, AND OFFER THE SERVICE OF A STAFF TRAINED TO RECOGNIZE AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF ITS PATRONS.
