PROVIDE DRAINAGE AND DIKING SERVICE TO LANDOWNERS PROTECTING THEM FROM FLOODING. OPERATING A PUMPING STATION TO DRAIN SURFACE AND SUBSURFACE WATER. MAINTAINING A CASH RESERVE IN THE EVENT OF A NATURAL DISASTER, SUCH AS A MAJOR FLOOD. LEVY, REPAIR AND/OR PUMP REPLACEMENT.
