TO BE A SPACE THAT INSPIRES AND CELEBRATES BOTH EMERGING AND EXPERIENCED ARTISTS, PERFORMERS, ARTISANS, SCHOLARS, STUDENTS AND EDUCATORS, THAT ACTS AS AN INCUBATOR FOR NEW WORKS OF ART, PLAYS, LITERATURE, DANCE AND MUSIC.
