PROVIDING ASSITANCE TO JUVENILES PRIMARILY OF THE STEPHENS COUNTY AREA. THAT ASSISTANCE INCLUDES THE OPERATION OF A SHELTER FOR YOUTH AS WELL AS CONSELING SERVICES FOR AT-RISK YOUTH AND THEIR PARENTS.
