The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

The goal of this organization is to stimulate the economy, expand employment opportunities, encourage the establishment and growth of commerce and industry and otherwise enhance the economic development of the community.

THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING HABILITATION AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES IN A VARIETY OF SETTINGS, INCLUDING THE OPERATION OF SHELTERED WORKSHOPS, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT AND SIMILAR FACILITIES.

THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF YOUNGSTOWN IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES IN A SAFE, SUPERVISED ENVIRONMENT AND TO INSPIRING AND ENABLING ALL YOUNG PEOPLE OF OUR COMMUNITY TO REALIZE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS CARING, PRODUCTIVE AND RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS.

THE "FUND" IS ESTABLISHED AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION TO RECEIVE, INVEST AND MANAGE A PERMANENT ENDOWMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF OH WOW! THE ROGER & GLORIA JONES CHILDREN'S CENTER FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, AN OHIO NON-PROFIT CORPORATION WHICH IS TAX EXEMPT UNDER IRS CODE 501 (C) (3). THE CENTER OPERATES A SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER WITH HANDS-ON INTERACTIVE EXHIBITS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN. THE CODE OF REGULATION OF THE FUND PROVIDES THAT THE PURPOSE OF THE FUND IS TO PROVIDE AN ENDOWMENT FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE CENTER. DISTRIBUTIONS MADE FROM THE FUND TO THE CENTER ARE TO USED TO PAY FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, RESTORATIONS OR REPAIRS TO ASSETS OWNED BY THE CENTER, OR TO REPAIR RESTORE, OR REBUILD ANY PORTION OF THE CENTER FACILITES WHICH HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DUE TO ANY CASULTY OR LOSS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. THE CENTER MADE THE INITIAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE FUND FROM ITS ENDOWMENT ASSETS. ADDITIONAL DONATIONS WILL BE MADE BY INDIVIDUAL DONORS.

VETERANS' OUTREACH HAS THE PRIMARY MISSION OF HONORING AND SERVING ALL VETERANS WITH UNIQUE NEEDS. WE USE OUR PROGRAM RESOURCES TO OFFER A HAND UP, NOT A HAND OUT, TO BENEFIT VETERANS AND IN TURN THIS NATION.
