The goal of this organization is to provide, on an outpatient basis, a combination of treatment and education services to restore maximum functioning, a sense of well-being and a personally satisfying level of independence for individuals who have temporary or permanent disabilities.

LOCAL UNION ENFORCED THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT TO BETTER THE WORKING CONDITIONS OF THE LOCAL UNION AND PROVIDE REPRESENTATION TO ITS MEMBERS.

TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE, DECENT, SAFE & SANITARY HOUSING TO LOW-TO-MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES, GIVING THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME HOMEOWNERS

THE ACTIVITIES FOR THE ANNUAL EVENT HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. ART EXHIBIT BY A RENOWNED ARTIST 2. DINING CATERED BY A LOCAL RESTAURANT 3. ENTERTAINMENT

TO OPERATE A MUSEUM AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC THAT PRESERVES THE HISTORY ASSOCIATED WITH THE PACKARD FAMILY, PACKARD ELECTRIC AND THE PACKARD MOTOR CAR COMPANY VIA INTERPRETIVE EXHIBITS, HISTORICAL PROGRAMS, CAR SHOWS AND SPECIAL EVENTS.

THE HOWLAND COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHPS FOUNDATION AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS TO GRADUATING SENIORS OF HOWLAND HIGH SCHOOL IN WARREN, OH.

TO PROVIDE ELDERLY AND DISABLED PERSONS WITH HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS, AND TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, HAPPINESS, AND LONGER LIVING.

The goal of this organization are the residential options exclusively for older adults who want to have a simpler, maintenance-free lifestyle and enjoy the company of peers with common interests, or who require a moderate amount of support in the activities of daily living to maintain independent living.
