HELP INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED TO LIVE THEIR BEST LIVES BY ENCOURAGING THEM TO ENJOY LIFE THROUGH KINDNESS AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT.
