The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS ENTERING INTO PUBLIC SAFETY FIELDS.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE BY THE ESTABLISHMENT & MAINTENANCE OF HIGH PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS IN THE PRACTICE OF LAW, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CANONS OF ETHICS OF THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION, AND TO FURTHER THE INTERESTS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BAR. MEMBERS ARE PROVIDED WITH TOOLS TO KEEP THEM CURRENT WITH NEW LAWS, CASES AND CHANGES IN THE PROFESSION, INCLUDING SEMINARS, GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE, LUNCH FORUMS & A NEWSLETTER. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO PROMOTES THE LEGAL PROFESSION THROUGH MOCK TRIALS AND JOINT MEETINGS WITH MEDICAL PROFESSION.

The goal of this organization is to utilize volunteers from the teaching profession, business and industry to provide firsthand information about the business world for children and youth. Some clubs may also initiate small business ventures under the guidance of adult volunteers.

ONGOING PROGRAM WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO FOSTER THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN FROM PRIMARILY SINGLE-PARENT FAMILIES IN LAKE, GEAUGA AND ASHTABULA COUNTIES IN REACHING THEIR HIGHEST POTENTIAL AS RESPONSIBLE AND CARING ADULTS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES QUALITY VOLUNTEER MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS WITH A SUPPORTIVE ADULT, AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WHICH ARE SUPERVISED BY THE ORGANIZATION'S PROFESSIONAL STAFF.
