THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH: 1) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, 2) EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE, 3) CONTINUOUS PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT, AND 4) RECOVERY-FOCUSED CARE THAT IS COMPREHENSIVE, EFFECTIVE, AND AFFORDABLE.

The funds available to a community foundation are usually derived from many donors and held in an endowment that is independently administered; income earned by the endowment is then used to make grants.

FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES IS AN INTERNATIONAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHICH UNITED FRATERNALLY IN THE SPIRIT OF LIBERTY, JUSTICE AND EQUALITY TO MAKE HUMAN LIFE MORE

PUBLIC LIBRARY DEDICATED TO THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION TO ITS PATRONS, PROMOTING LITERACY AND FURNISHING EDUCATIONAL SUPPLEMENTS.

TO PROVIDE 24 HOUR FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS IN AND ABOUT WEST POINT, OH AND MADISON TOWNSHIP. SERVICES MAY EXTEND TO OTHER COMMUNITIES BASED ON CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS/ENGAGEMENTS.

MISSION:

TO EMPOWER VOLUNTEERS TO SERVE THEIR COMMUNITIES, MEET HUMANITARIAN NEEDS, ENCOURAGE PEACE AND PROMOTE INTERNATIONAL UNDERSTANDING THROUGH LIONS CLUBS. BY CONDUCTING VISION SCREENINGS, EQUIPPING HOSPITALS AND CLINICS, DISTRIBUTING MEDICINE AND RAISING AWARENESS OF EYE DISEASE, LIONS WORK TOWARD THEIR MISSION OF PROVIDING VISION FOR ALL.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

MISSION:

GRANTING OF SCHOLARSHIPS. THE LISBON ALUMNI ASSOCIATION'S MISSION IS TO ALLOW GRADUATES OF LISBON HIGH SCHOOL TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP FUND. PROCEDURES FOR GRANTING SCHOLARSHIPS ARE (1) NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL GRADUATING SENIORS; (2) APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY STUDENT; (3) ALL APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED BY BOARD MEMBERS; (4) RECEIPT IS DETERMINED BY ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AND FINANCIAL NEED. EXAMPLES OF SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED INCLUDE THE MARVIN WHITE SCHOLARSHIP AND THE KAUFMAN SCHOLARSHIP FOR SUCCESS AMONG OTHERS.

The goal of this organization is to operate facilities for cooperative group living experiences in the out-of-doors; and which provide opportunities to learn campcraft, nature lore and conservation, and participate in a wide range of indoor and outdoor recreational, athletic and group social activities including cookouts.

The goal of this organization are the membership organizations that are engaged in promoting the interests of the veterans or active or retired military personnel who are their members.

ALL REVENUE IS USED TO SUPPORT THE ORGANIZATION AND IT EXEMPT PURPOSE. WE ARE A NON PROFIT VETERANS ORGANIZATION TO ASSIST VETERANS, FAMILIES, COMMUNITY, CHURCHES, AND YOUTH OF THE COMMUNITY IN NEED.
