DONATIONS ARE INTENDED TO HELP PATIENTS & FAMILIES NAVIGATE THROUGH THEIR INDIVIDUAL JOURNEYS BY PROVIDING DIRECT SUPPORT FOR EXPENSES; SUCH AS, HOUSING COSTS, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES, TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM APPOINTMENTS, AND MUCH MORE.
