THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THE MONUMENTAL BUILDING IN SIDNEY, OHIO AS A LASTING MEMORIAL TO MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES SERVING DURING THE CIVIL WAR. OVER TIME IT HAS EVOLVED TO RECOGNIZE ALL WAR VETERANS AND MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES.

The goal of this organization is to provide pre-hospital emergency medical care and rapid transportation to health care facilities.
