VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS OF OHIO CHARITIES WAS FORMED TO PROMOTE AND FUND CHARITABLE AND BENEVOLENT INSTITUTIONS BY ESTABLISHING GRANT OPPORTUNITIES FOR ORGANIZATIONS THAT ADVANCE THE WELFARE OF NEEDY AND DISABLED VETERANS, WIDOWS, OR ORPHANS OF DECEASED VETERANS.

MISSION:

TRUST PROVIDES AN ENDOWMENT FUND OF WHICH THE INCOME IS DISTRIBUTABLE TO THE GREEN LAWN CEMETERY FOR CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE NON -PROFIT CEMETERY GROUNDS AND GRAVESITES.

MISSION:

THE ORGANIZATION IS A MULTIPLE EMPLOYER WELFARE ARRANGEMENT (MEWA) WHICH PROVIDES MEDICAL AND PRESCRIPTION DRUG BENEFITS FOR ITS MEMBERS.

OHIO STATE INNOVATION FOUNDATION ("OSIF") IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT OHIO CORPORATION FORMED TO MANAGE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DEVELOPED AT OR CREATED BY THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY ("OSU") AND TO FACILITATE THE COMMERCIALIZATION OF SUCH INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ("IP"). OSU IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF OSIF, AND A MAJORITY OF THE DIRECTORS ON THE OSIF BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE REPRESENTATIVES OF OSU. OSIF HAS NO EMPLOYEES. THE OPERATIONS OF THE OSIF ARE CONDUCTED BY THE TECHNOLOGY LICENSING OFFICE OF THE OSU OFFICE OF INNOVATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, PURSUANT TO CONTRACT.

OAPSE IS A PUBLIC SECTOR LABOR UNION. THEY SERVE AS THE BARGAINING AGENT FOR PRIMARILY NON-CERTIFIED PUBLIC SCHOOL EMPLOYEES.
