PLEASE NOTE THE BENEFICIARY ORGANIZATION HAS THE RIGHT TO APPOINT CO-TRUSTEES OR COMMITTEE MEMBERS, AUTHORITY TO WITHDRAW PRINCIPAL,AND THE TRUSTEE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO AMEND THE DOCUMENT TO ENSURE THE CONTINUATION TO QUALIFY AS A 509A3.
