OUR LADY OF THE WAYSIDE ENRICHES THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ORTHOPEDICALLY HANDICAPPED DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED. WE PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES PATHWAYS TO HEALTHY AND PRODUCTIVE PERSONAL GROWTH THROUGH PROFESSIONAL CARE AND GUIDANCE.

TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT HEALTH AND WELLNESS INITIATIVES WHICH WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE GREATER LORAIN COUNTY AREA.

SUPPORT OF THE ATHLETIC PROGRAMS AT AVON HIGH SCHOOL.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

MISSION:

USING FUNDS GARNERED THROUGH CONTRIBUTIONS, THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND HABITAT FOR MIGRATORY AND DOMESTIC WATERFOWL AND WILD GAMES. THESE EFFORTS WILL BE FOCUSED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MARSH AREAS SURROUNDING SANDUSKY BAY IN OTTAWA AND SANDUSKY COUNTIES, OHIO. FUNDS WILL BE USED FOR MAINTAINING HABITAT, PROVIDING NESTING AND RENEWING FOOD SOURCES FOR MIGRATING WATERFOWL AND OTHER NATIVE WILD GAMES.

PROVIDE FUNDS TO SUPPORT BREAST CANCER RESEARCH AND EXTEND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES WITH BREAST CANCER TREATMENT COSTS AND LIVING EXPENSES.
