THROUGH THE ORGANIZATIONS ACTIVITIES AND MEETINGS WE OFFER MANY BENEFITS TO OUR MEMBERS INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, TRADE SHOWS, THE OPPORTUNITY FOR NETWORKING, AND ACCESS TO INDUSTRY STANDARDS AND PRACTICES. WE ALSO FOSTER INTEREST IN THE FIELD BY SPONSORING SECTIONS IN ASSOCIATION WITH LOCAL COLLEGES NY OFFERING SCHOLARSHIPS.

THIS DISPOSAL REPRESENTED MORE THAN 25% OF THE COMPANY'S NET ASSETS.
