TO PROVIDE BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS FOR UNPAID WAGES, VACATION PAY, HOLIDAY PAY, SEVERANCE PAY, AND UNCOLLECTED CONTRIBUTIONS AND DUES.
