TO SOLICIT, ACCEPT, HOLD, INVEST, REINVEST, AND ADMINISTER ANY GIFTS, BEQUESTS, DEVISES, BENEFITS OF TRUSTS, AND PROPERTY OF ANY SORT, WITHOUT LIMITATION AS TO AMOUNT OR VALUE, AND TO USE, DISBURSE OR DONATE THE INCOME OR PRINCIPAL THEREOF OR USE THE PROPERTY IN KIND FOR THE BENEFIT OF ULSTER COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE, ITS STUDENTS AND GRADUATES, AS WELL AS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IT SERVES.

TO OPERATE AS A NONPUBLIC SCHOOL FOR GRADES PRE-KINDERGARTEN THROUGH EIGHTH. ITS' MISSION IS TO NURTURE EACH CHILD'S LOVE OF LEARNING BY ENGAGING THEIR INTRINSIC CURIOSITY IN NATURE, ONE ANOTHER, PLAY, AND CREATIVE EXPRESSION.
