TO SUPPORT THE DOROTHY DELSON MUSIC SCHOOL AT THE JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER BY GIVING SCHOLARSHIPS TO NEEDY STUDENTS. PROVIDING SUPPLIES AND OTHERWISE SUPPORTING THE OPERATIONS OF THE SCHOOL.

STATEN ISLAND URBAN CENTER IS A GRASSROOTS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT THROUGH COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT ORGANIZATION FOCUSED ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF STATEN ISLAND'S MOST MARGINALIZED NEIGHBORHOODS THROUGH YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT; PUBLISHING AND MEDIA ARTS; AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZING AROUND A MYRIAD OF SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE ISSUES THAT PROMOTE THRIVABILITY, CULTURAL EQUITY, SELF-DETERMINATION, AND INDEPENDENCE.

TO PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE AND HABILITATION SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES WITH A GOAL TO ASSIST THESE INDIVIDUALS TO ATTAIN THEIR INDIVIDUAL LIFE GOALS INCLUDING THAT OF BEING ABLE TO REMAIN IN THE COMMUNITY, AND TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE.
