SAID CORPORATION WILL DISTRIBUTE FUND EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE.

THE KEMACH FOUNDATION OFFERS TESTING, TRAINING, EVALUATION AND GUIDANCE FOR INDIVIDUALS SEEKING EMPLOYMENT. PROFESSIONALS AT THE FOUNDATION EVALUATE APPLICANTS AND PROVIDE ADVICE WITH REGARD TO AN APPROPRIATE COURSE OF STUDY THAT HAS THE BEST CHANCE OF LEADING TO GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS AND ONGOING MENTORING TO ELIGIBLE STUDENTS DURING THEIR COURSE OF STUDY.
