SLT OWNS RHINOCEROS CREEK RESERVATION AND 85 WARREN STREET IN SOMERS, NY AND TOGETHER WITH THE WESTCHESTER LAND TRUST HOLDS A NUMBER OF CONSERVATION EASEMENTS THROUGHOUT SOMERS. IN ADDITION, SLT PROVIDES ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMMING, EDUCATION AND OUTREACH FOR THE CITIZENS OF SOMERS AND THE SURROUNDING WESTCHESTER, AND PUTNAM COUNTY AREAS.
