RAISES FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CARRIAGE ROADS, WHICH MAKE THIS PARK UNIQUE.SUPPORTS PUBLIC OUTREACH PROGRAMS, SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES, IN KEEPING WITH THE NATURE OF THE PRESERVE, FOR ITS MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.PROMOTES, CONSERVES, DEVELOPS AND SUPPORTS THE TRANQUIL SETTING OF THE PRESERVE AND THE PARKS SYSTEM OF NEW YORK STATE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND POSTERITY.PROMOTES AND SUPPORTS SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES WITHIN THE PRESERVE AND IN THE NEW YORK STATE PARKS SYSTEM.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice.
