THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES THAT EMPOWER PEOPLE OF THE COMMUNITY TO BRING ABOUT SOCIAL AND PERSONAL CHANGE. BY FOCUSING ON STRENGTHS, THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES SELF-EFFECTIVENESS, DIGNITY, AND HOPE.

TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT OF ALLEGANY, CHAUTAUQUA, AND CATTARAUGUS COUNTIES OF NEW YORK STATE.

NEW YORK SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURAL WORKING GROUP (NYSAWG) IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION LOCATED IN WESTERN NEW YORK TO RAISE AWARENESS OF ISSUES AFFECTING THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE FOOD AND AGRICULTURE SYSTEM. THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS PURSUED THROUGH FOSTERING COALITIONS OF GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS WORKING TO REALIZEA SHARED VISION; CREATING AND SUPPORTING PROJECTS THAT HELP SUSTAIN NEW YORK FARMS AND STRIVE TO ATTAIN FOOD SECURITY FOR ALL; AND, PROMOTING AND SUPPORTING POLICIES AT THE LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL LEVELS THAT INCREASE THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE FOOD AND AGRICULTURE SYSTEM.

LOCATION OF NEW HOMES FOR ANIMALS THAT ARE IN ABUSIVE, ENDANGERING OR NEGLECTFUL SITUATIONS, ASSIST OWNERS UNWILLNG TO KEEP THEIR ANIMAL, PROVIDE NECESSARY VETERINARY CARE, PLACEMENT FOR RESCUED ANIMALS.

VETERANS CLUB PROVIDE SERVICES TO OUR VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES, ALSO ASSISTED LOCAL VETERANS HOSPITAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS

The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. The goal of this organization is to make grants for charitable purposes in a specific community or region. The funds available to a community foundation are usually derived from many donors and held in an endowment that is independently administered; income earned by the endowment is then used to make grants.
