SOCIAL CONCERN PROVIDES ITS SERVICES IN A QUALITY, COMPASSIONATE AND ETHICAL MANNER TO ALL INDIVIDUALS, REGARDLESS OF RACE, RELIGION, DISABILITY OR NATIONAL ORIGIN.
