ZETA PSI FRATERNITY, INC. IS A NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, FOUNDED IN 1847, AND INCORPORATED IN 1966. THE FRATERNITY IS GOVERNED BY A VOLUNTEER EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR FRATERNITY CHAPTERS AND MEMBERS. AS OF THIS YEAR END, THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 2,000 UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERS AND 25,000 ALUMNI MEMBERS. THERE ARE CURRENTLY 52 ACTIVE UNDERGRADUATE CHAPTERS, IN SIX COUNTRIES, ON TWO CONTINENTS.

CARING ABOUT THE STRAYS WORKS TO FIND "FOREVER HOMES" FOR ABANDONED, UNWANTED, NEGLECTED, OR ABUSED COMPANION ANIMALS IN THE PASCACK VALLEY AREA.

TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS TO QUALIFYING APPLICANTS AND TO PROVIDE CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS TO OTHER ORGANIZATION SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS AND OTHER CHARITABLE FUNCTIONS.
