TO RECEIVE AND MAINTAIN A COLLECTION OF BOOKS, MANUSCRIPTS, PICTURES, HISTORICAL RECORDS, RELICS AND OTHER MEMORIALS BEARING UPON LOCAL AND GENERAL HISTORY.
