HOLDS TITLE TO A TRACT OF LAND WHICH IS THE SITE FOR MEMBERS' INDIVIDUALLY OWNED SUMMER COTTAGES IN OAKDALE, NY. THE ORGANIZATION PAYS MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FACILITIES AND ALSO COLLECTS AND REMITS REAL ESTATE TAXES ON BEHALF OF THE MEMBERS.
