COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT PROVIDER AGENCY THAT OFFERS BOTH HABILITATIVE AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES TO THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK OFFICE FOR PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A TEAM-ORIENTED PLAN OF CARE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. OUR STRONG, COMPASSIONATE CULTURE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL ENSURES THAT DISTINCTIVE SERVICES ARE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFIC INTERESTS, ABILITIES AND DESIRES OF EACH PERSON. NSOLF IS DEDICATED TO PRESERVING THE CHARACTER AND NATURAL BEAUTY OF THE TOWN OF NORTH SALEM, NY AND THE AREA AROUND IT BY ESTABLISHING LAND AREAS FREE FROM EXPLOITATION, DEVELOPMENT, AND DETERIORATION AND BY MAINTAINING THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECOLOGICAL INTEGRITY OF THE AREA.

PROVIDES EMOTIONAL , FINANCIAL AND ADVOCACY SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN WITH LIFE-THREATENING ILLNESSES AND THEIR FAMILIES, IN ORDER TO HELP KEEP THEM STABLE, FUNCTION AND ABLE TO COPE.

THE LIBRARY SEEKS TO ENCOURAGE AN INFORMED AND CONNECTED COMMUNITY BY PROMOTING THE JOY OF READING, INTERNET LITERACY, AND BY OFFERING ART AND CULTURAL EVENTS IN A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT.

THE CLUB IS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE SOCCER INSTRUCTION TO THE CHILDREN OF NORTH SALEM NY. THE CLUBS ACTIVITIES INCLUDE THE PROCESS OF SELECTING TEAMS AND PROVIDING TRAINING. AS PART OF ITS ACTIVITIES THE CLUB COLLECTS FEES AND TEAM DUES AND PURCHASES ALL NECESSARY EQUIPMENT AND UNIF
