TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL HEALTH CARE AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO THE FRAIL ELDERLY AND DISABLED INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY. WE OFFER INDIVIDUAL CHOICE BY PROVIDING A VARIETY OF SERVICES THAT ARE OFFERED IN BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMUNITY SETTINGS, INCLUDING LONG TERM CARE IN OUR RESIDENTIAL HEALTH CARE FACILITY, A CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AGENCY, AND AN ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE PROGRAM.

MISSION:

THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES OF THE CEMETERY ARE TO PROVIDE FOR THE DISPOSAL OR BURIAL OF DECEASED HUMAN BEINGS BY BURIAL OR CREMATION IN GRAVE, MAUSOLEUM, VAULT, OR COLUMBARIUM AND ALSO TO PROVIDE FOR THE CARE AND PRESERVATION OF THE CEMETERY.
