LISBAC IDENTIFIES AND SERVES THE UNBANKED, UNDERBANKED, SOCIALLY ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUAL (SEDI) BUSINESS ENTITIES OF THE LONG ISLAND REGION. LISBAC DELIVERS INNOVATIVE FINANCIAL LITERACY, PRIVATE/PUBLIC SECTOR PROCUREMENT SUPPORT, BUSINESS REGISTRATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS AND SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES TO THE LONG ISLAND BUSINESS MARKET.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE UNION AS THE REPRESENTATIVE OF ITS MEMBERS, ARE TO IMPROVE WORKING CONDITIONS AND LIVING STANDARDS OF MEMBERS THROUGH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND TO ESTABLISH NECESSARY PROCEDURES FOR THE AMICABLE ADJUSTMENT OF ALL DISPUTES WHICH MAY ARISE BETWEEN EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES.
