TO PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION AND RESCUE SERVICES PURSUANT TO CONTRACT AND MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS. TO LEASE, OWN, ACQUIRE, AND HOUSE FIRE APPARATUS AND EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE CORPORATION IN PROVIDING THESE SERVICES.
