SEMI PRIVATE GOLF CLUB PROMOTING SOCIAL INTERACTION AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR ALL AGES. YOUTH GOLF INSTRUCTION IS OFTEN PROVIDED FOR BEGINNER GOLFERS INTERESTED IN LEARNING THE GAME.

MISSION:

FORMER HOSPITAL. EFFECTIVE 12/31/13, NEW YORK STATE TERMINATED THE HOSPITAL'S LICENSE AND THE OPERATIONS BECAME GOUVERNEUR HOSPITAL. THE ENTITY DISSOLVED ON APRIL 29, 2021.

MISSION:

THE NURSING HOME PROVIDED LONG TERM SKILLED NURSING CARE TO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH MAY 7, 2014. THE NYS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH HAS APPROVED THE CLOSING OF THE NURSING HOME FACILITY. PRIOR TO MAY 7, 2014, ALL NURSING HOME PATIENTS WERE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER FACILITIES. THE ENTITY DISSOLVED ON APRIL 29, 2021.
