LIVING OPPORTUNITIES OF DEPAUL, INC PROVIDES SUPPORTIVE RESIDENCES AND RELATED SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS IN WESTERN NEW YORK STATE. IT IS FUNDED PRIMARILY THROUGH MEDICAID, RESIDENT FEES, AND CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.

TO PROVIDE A SECURE AND RELIABLE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE ELECTRONIC EXCHANGE OF CLINICAL INFORMATION THAT BENEFITS PATIENTS, PATIENT CARE, HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS AND THE HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITY.
