IN NOVEMBER, ECMC WENT THROUGH IT'S FULL ACCREDITATION PROCESS BY THE JOINT COMMISSION. THE SURVEY TEAM WAS EXTREMELY COMPLIMENTARY ABOUT THE "PASSION- AND "ENGAGEMENT" OF EVERYONE THEY ENCOUNTERED FROM CLINICAL TO NON-CLINICAL STAFF IN THE CARE OF OUR PATIENTS. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE SURVEY RESULTS REFLECTED THE QUALITY OF CARE PROVIDED BY OUR CAREGIVERS IN A LARGE, COMPLEX HEALTHCARE SYSTEM. THE OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF THEIR PRELIMINARY FINDINGS WERE IN LOW TO MODERATE AND LIMITED AND NO FINDINGS IN HIGH/WIDESPREAD. COMPARED TO OUR 2019 SURVEY, WE HAD 1/3 LESS FINDINGS OVERALL AND 2/3 LESS FINDINGS IN "PATTERNED- OR "WIDESPREAD". THE SURVEYORS COMMENTED ON MANY OC
