IS COMMITTED TO ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST THE FACULTY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ANESTHESIOLOGY AT THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK AT BUFFALO WITHIN THE JACOBS SCHOOL OF MEDICINE IN THE DELIVERY OF HEALTH CARE, IMPROVE THE ABILITY OF THE FACULTY TO PERFORM CLINICAL RESEARCH, MAXIMIZE RESOURCES TO FOSTER ACADEMIC, RESEARCH AND CLINICAL PROGRAMS, RECRUIT AND RETAIN TARGETED TEACHING PHYSICIANS, AND ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT THE PERSONAL GROWTH AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE FACULTY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ANESTHESIOLOGY. UNIVERSITY AT BUFFALO ANESTHESIOLOGY, INC. IS ALSO INTENDED TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ANESTHESIOLOGY, EXPENSE OF PRACTICE, AND THE RESEARCH AND ACADEMIC MISSIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT.
