PA WORKS TO CREATE AND SUPPORT AN ECOSYSTEM OF BLACK AND POC LGBTQI+ ARTISTS FROM NEW YORK CITY AND SOCIAL PRACTICE ART FORMS THAT STRENGTHEN DISENFRANCHISED COMMUNITIES AND RECONSIDER TRADITIONAL SYSTEMS AND PRACTICES OF ART AND ART MAKING
