MISSION:

PROVIDE SHELTER DURING THE WINTER MONTHS FOR HOMELESS MEN AND WOMEN. PROVIDE GUESTS MEALS, SHOWERS, AND LAUNDRY SERVICES. A WARMING STATION IS PROVIDED DAILY. HELP LESS FORTUNATE PEOPLE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.

The goal of this organization is to raise and distribute funds for multiple organizations within the Education major group area.

MISSION:

THE PURPOSE AND OBJECT OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE EFFICIENT AND HIGHLY TRAINED FIRE AND EMS SERVICES TO RESIDENTS, AND VISITORS WHO LIVE AND/OR CONDUCT BUSINESS WITHIN THE BREWSTER-SOUTHEAST JOINT FIRE DISTRICT WHICH IS LOCATED IN PUTNAM COUNTY, NEW YORK. THE BREWSTER FIRE DEPARTMENT INC. MAINTAINS A ROSTER OF APPROXIMATELY 125 MEMBERS (FIRE AND EMS). OF THE 125 FIRE AND EMS MEMBERS WHO VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME, 100 OF THESE MEMBERS ARE CLASSIFIED AS "ACTIVE MEMBERS" AS DEFINED UNDER THE DEPARTMENT'S BY-LAWS. THE "ACTIVE MEMBERS" OF THE BREWSTER FIRE DEPARTMENT PROVIDE FIRE AND EMS PROTECTION SERVICES TO OVER 20,000 RESIDENTS, COVERING OVER 34 SQUARE MILES. THE "ACTIVE MEMBERS" OF THE BREWSTER FIRE DEPARTMENT ARE HIGHLY TRAINED, AND RESPOND TO OVER 3,000 FIRE AND EMS CALLS EACH YEAR.

MISSION:

ORGANIZATION OPERATES A PUBLIC MUSEUM OFFERING FREE GUIDED TOURS OF THE FIRE FIGHTER, A NATIONAL LANDMARK VESSEL.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO GREATLY IMPROVING THE LIVES OF BOTH PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES OTHER THAN BLINDNESS, AND THE SHELTER AND RESCUE DOGS SELECTED TO BE TRAINED BY US.

THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND WILL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. SPECIFICALLY, THE CORPORATION WILL HELP PET OWNERS WHO QUALIFY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO OBTAIN THE VETERINARY CARE THEY NEED FOR THEIR COMPANION ANIMALS AND PROMOTE RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP THROUGH THE PRODUCTION AND DISSEMINATION OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS ABOUT PETS AND PET OWNERSHIP. THERE IS A LARGE UNMET NEED FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO AID THE ELDERLY, DISABLED AND POOR FAMILIES IN OBTAINING NECESSARY VETERINARY SERVICES FOR THEIR PETS. THE CORPORATION WILL PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFIED PET OWNERS WHO COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD NECESSARY VETERINARY MEDICAL PROCEDURES. FUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED DIRECTLY TO THE INDIVIDUAL OWNERS, BUT RATHER WILL BE PROVIDED DIRECTLY TO PROVIDING AREA VETERINARY CLINICS, ANIMAL SHELTERS AND RESCUE HOSPITALS. TO FURTHER ITS CHARITABLE PURPOSE, THE CORPORATION WILL DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS WITH VETERINARY PROVIDERS AND WILL ESTABLISH A SI
