COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THAT LINKS SOCIALLY CONCERNED INVESTORS WITH COMMUNITY NEEDS BY MAKING AFFORDABLE HOUSING, COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LOANS TO NONPROFIT ORGS, SMALL BUSINESSES AND LOW/MODERATE INCOME PERSONS.
