THE FORUM SCHOOL FOUNDATION, INC. IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF EQUIPPING, MAINTAINING, AND SUPPORTING A NOT-FOR-PROFIT, NONSECTARIAN EDUCATIONAL CLINIC, RESEARCH CENTER, AND SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES AFFECTING THEIR EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL DEVELOPMENT.
