THE SYSTEM PROVIDES THE HOSPITAL CORP AND SUBSIDIARIES WITH GENERAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY COVERAGE UNDER A SELF-INSURANCE PLAN AND THROUGH AN AFFILIATED ENTITY.
