IS A NON-PROFIT FOUNDATION CREATED BY FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF RICHARD SIMON WHO WON MOST OF LIFE'S CHALLENGES BUT LOST HIS BATTLE WITH ALZHEIMER'S.WE ARE DEDICATED TO ASSISTING PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES AFFECTED BY THIS TERRIBLE ILLNESS THROUGH EDUCATION, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, GUIDANCE AND REFERRALS TO AGENCIES AND PROFESSIONALS WITH THE EXPERTISE NEEDED TO ASSIST WITH EVERY ASPECT OF THE DISEASE AND ITS IMPACT ON LOVED ONES.WE ARE EAGER FOR THE DAY WHEN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH WILL BRING ANSWERS TO THE MANY QUESTIONS THAT TODAY ARE UNANSWERED REGARDING ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND WHEN WE MIGHT REALLY SPEAK OF TREATMENT AND A CURE.

DIABETES TRAINING CAMP FOUNDATION BRINGS ONE-OF-A-KIND, LIFE CHANGING PROGRAMS TO PEOPLE LIVING WITH DIABETES. THROUGH EDUCATION AROUND CLINICAL DIABETES, NUTRITION AND MENTAL SKILLS, DIABETES TRAINING CAMP FOUNDATION TEACHES PEOPLE HOW TO LIVE THE LIFE THEY WANT TO LIVE, WHILE MANAGING THEIR DIABETES AND NOT LIMITING THEIR POTENTIAL.
