OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF A CEMETERY FOR INTERMENT & OTHER SERVICES FOR FAMILIES IN CENTRAL NJ

MISSION:

THE CORPORATION OPERATES A 150 UNIT SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING COMPLEX. IN ADDITION, IT PROVIDES SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES TO ITS RESIDENTS. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED 9/30/10 IT ALSO SPONSORED AND SUPPORTED THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SENIOR/DISABLED BUILDING THROUGH DONATIONS AND HUD SUPPORT.

MISSION:

THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A 78 UNIT SENIOR CITIZENS / DISABLED HOUSING COMPLEX. IN ADDITION, IT PROVIDES SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES TO ITS RESIDENTS.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES MEALS TO ELDERLY AND INFIRMED PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO PREPARE MEALS OR OTHERWISE TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES. MEAL ON WHEELS SERVES THE PEOPLE OF UNION COUNTY, NEW JERSEY.
