TO CREATE, FORM AND ESTABLISH A PRIVATE FOUNDATION TO PROMOTE, FURTHER AND SUPPORT SELECTED CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THROUGH GRANTS, FUNDING AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO VARIOUS INDIVIDUALS, INSTITUTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS. THE FUNDS WILL BE USED FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND BENEVOLENT PURPOSES.

SMACH ZEVULUN PAIRS UP TORAH SCHOLARS (YISSACHARS) WITH PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT THEM FINANCIALLY (ZEVULUNS). THIS ALLOWS THE YISSACHARS TO FOCUS ON THEIR STUDIES WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT FINANCIAL MATTERS. THE ZEVULUNS BENEFIT FROM THE SPIRITUAL REWARDS OF SUPPORTING TORAH SCHOLARS.
