The goal of this organization is to serve the interests of the community as a whole and provide services which meet the needs of people who own or rent apartments, condominiums, townhomes, mobile home parks or other housing complexes who are their members.

MISSION:

THE TRUST PROVIDES FUNDING VIA ENDOWMENT FOR THE ALVIN R. CALMAN ENDOWED CHAIRS FACULTY POSITIONS AT CALDWELL UNIVERSITY. THE SELECTION OF RECIPIENTS FOR THIS HONOR IS BASED ON FACULTY MEMBERS' PRIOR SCHOLARLY ACTIVITY, AS WELL AS THE POTENTIAL FOR CONTINUED HIGH LEVELS OF SCHOLARLY ACTIVITY.

The goal of this organization is responsible for the conservation, protection, care and management of fish and wildlife resources and their habitats.

WE ARE A NON-PROFIT CEMETERY INCORPORATED UNDER SPECIFIC LAWS, REGULATIONS AND GUIDANCE PROMULGATED BY THE NEW YORK STATE, DEPARTMENT OF STATE, DIVISION OF CEMETERIES. WE SUBMIT OUR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS, ALONG WITH BANK BALANCES TO THE NYS, DEPT. STATE DIVISION OF CEMETERIES. WE ALSO REGULARLY MEET WITH THEIR ACCOUNTANTS AND AUDITORS FOR GUIDANCE AND ADVICE. OUR SOLE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE ETERNAL AND AFFORDABLE BURIALS/INTERNMENTS. COSTS ARE KEPT AT AN ABSOLUTE MINIMUM BY ONLY USING VOLUNTEERS, AND ONLY CONDUCTING REPAIRS AND/OR EXPENDITURES THAT ARE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

SUPPORT THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS WITHIN TWO SCHOOLS LOCATED IN NORTH CALDWELL, NJ.

The goal of this organization is to work to relieve poverty in developing countries by providing funds, technical assistance and supplies which improve the health, education, welfare, social well-being and self-reliance of individuals and families. Also included are organizations that provide relief services in response to a major disaster or large-scale emergency that occurs abroad.

The goal of this organization are the organizations whose members are women who have a common interest in improving the life of the community, which conduct fund-raising events to finance community service projects.

The goal of this organization is to are responsible for the control and extinction of fires; and the inspection of buildings, hillside property and industrial plants to ensure compliance with fire codes.

The goal of this organization is to interpret, collect and preserve the historical heritage of a specific geographic location.

The goal of this organization is to work to prevent, predict or control the effects of disasters (e.g. floods, earthquakes, fires, tornadoes), to educate or otherwise prepare individuals to cope with the effects of such disasters or to provide broad-based relief services to victims of such disasters.

OBJECTS: SECTION 1. THE OBJECTS OF THIS CLUB SHALL BE: 1. TO GIVE PRIMACY TO THE HUMAN AND SPIRITUAL, RATHER THAN TO THE MATERIAL VALUES OF LIFE. 2. TO ENCOURAGE THE DAILY LIVING OF THE GOLDEN RULES IN ALL HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS. 3. TO PROMOTE THE ADOPTION AND APPLICATION OF HIGHER SOCIAL, BUSINESS, AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS. 4. TO DEVELOP, BY PRECEPT AND EXAMPLE, A MORE INTELLIGENT, AGGRESSIVE, AND SERVICEABLE CITIZENSHIP. 5. TO PROVIDE, THROUGH THIS CLUB, A PRACTICAL MEANS TO FORM ENDURING FRIENDSHIPS, TO RENDER ALTRUISTIC SERVICE, AND TO BUILD A BETTER COMMUNITY. 6.TO COOPERATE IN CREATING AND MAINTAINING THAT SOUND PUBLIC OPINION AND HIGH IDEALISM WHICH MAKE POSSIBLE THE INCREASE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, JUSTICE, PATRIOTISM ANS GOOD WILL.

PROVIDES A FORUM THROUGH EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS AND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES FOR ATTORNEYS TO ENHANCE THEIR PRACTICE, IMPROVE THE JUSTICE SYSTEM, AND PROVIDE LAW-RELATED COMMUNITY SERVICE.

The goal of this organization is to operate centers which offer, at a single location, a variety of recreational facilities such as athletic fields and courts, a gymnasium, a swimming pool and public lockers. Recreational centers usually offer an organized program of activities for community residents and provide all necessary equipment.

THE ROTARY CLUB OF THE CALDWELLS IS A COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGAINZATION THAT HAS MEMBERS WHO DEDICATE THEIR TIME AND TALENTS TO DOZENS OF WORTHWHILE CAUSES BOTH LOCALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. CHARTED IN 1951, THE CLUB HAS A LONG HISTORY OF SUCCESSFUL FUNRAISING EVENTS ALLOWIN US TO IMPLEMENT PROJECTS AROUND THE COMMUNITY AS WELL AS SUPPORTING MANY LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL CHARITIES.
