THE ORGANIZATION IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING FOR SUCH PURPOSES THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE IRC.
