THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, RELIGIOUS, OR SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)3 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE; AND IN PARTICULAR TO SUPPORT, PROMOTE, AND ENHANCE THE PROVIDING OF PROFESSIONAL HEALTH CARE BY THE WEBSTER COUNTY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL FOR PERSONS IN WEBSTER COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING ENVIRONS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSES, TO SEEK AND RECEIVE DONATIONS, GIFTS, GRANTS, AND BEQUESTS, IN TRUST OR OTHERWISE, FROM THE PUBLIC OR ANY AGENCY, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE; TO PURCHASE OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRE REAL ESTATE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY, INCLUDING RENTAL OR LEASING OF THE SAME, AND TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS WITH ANY GOVERNMENTAL OR PRIVATE AGENCY OR INDIVIDUAL FOR THE PROVIDING OF SUCH MEDICAL SERVICES; AND GENERALLY TO DO ANY AND ALL THINGS NECESSARY OR PROPER TO ASSURE THE CONTINUED ABILITY OF WEBSTER COUNTY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE HEALTH CARE TO ITS PATRONS.

The goal of this organization is to support and fund raise for a single institution within the Education major group.

OPERATE AND MAINTAIN CITY OWNED GOLF COURSE. THE CLUB OPERATES A GOLF COURSE ON LAND OWNED BY THE CITY OF RED CLOUD, NE WHICH IS LEASED TO THE CLUB. SEVERAL TOURNAMENTS AND ACTIVITIES ARE HELD ANNUALLY TO PROMOTE GOLF AS A SPORT, EXERCISE AND FAMILY ACTIVITY.

The goal of this organization is to focus broadly on strengthening, unifying and building the economic, cultural, educational and social services of an urban community or neighborhood.

The goal of this organization are the membership organizations that are engaged in promoting the interests of the veterans or active or retired military personnel who are their members.

The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade.
