THE CHARITY'S PRIMARY ACTIVITY IN SUPPORT OF THIS PURPOSE WILL BE TO MAKE AVAILABLE TO THOSE PROVIDERS ACCESS TO A BROADBAND TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK AND THE INTERNET.
