THE THEODORE ROOSEVELT PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY FOUNDATION IS PLANNING, BUILDING, AND WILL ULTIMATELY OPERATE, THE THEODORE ROOSEVELT PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY IN MEDORA, NORTH DAKOTA.

MISSION:

PRESERVE THE EXPERIENCE OF THE BADLANDS, THE HISTORIC CHARACTER OF MEDORA AND THE VALUES AND TRADITIONS OF THE 'BULLY SPIRIT' OF THEODORE ROOSEVELT; PRESENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR GUEST TO BE EDUCATED AND INSPIRED THROUGH INTERPRETIVE PROGRAMS, MUSEUMS AND ATTRACTIONS THAT FOCUS ON THE OLD WEST, OUR PATRIOTIC HERITAGE, AND THE LIFE OF THEODORE ROOSEVELT IN THE BADLANDS; SERVE THE TRAVELING PUBLIC, PROVIDING FOR THEIR COMFORT WHILE VISITING HISTORIC MEDORA, THE BADLANDS AND THEODORE ROOSEVELT NATIONAL PARK.

The goal of this organization is to promote, produce or provide access to a variety of arts experiences encompassing the visual, media or performing arts.

MISSION:

THE PURPOSE OF THE COOPERATING ASSOCIATION (AUTHORIZED BY PUBLIC LAW 633, 1946) IS PRIMARILY TO AID THE INTERPRETIVE AND RELATED VISITOR-SERVICE ACTIVITIES OF THE PARK AREAS (NATIONAL PARK SERVICES) AND TO ASSIST APPROPRIATE SERVICE WIDE ACTIVITIES IN THESE AND RELATED FIELDS.

The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]

TO FULFILL JESUS' COMMAND TO "LOVE GOD" AND TO "LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF" BY GIVING AND SHARING OUR TALENTS TIME AND RESOURCES TO ADDRESS THE SPIRITUAL PHYSICAL AND EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF IMPOVERISHED CHILDREN AND FAMILIES THROUGH LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES.
