TO GIVE GRANTS IN POLK COUNTY, NC FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, MEDICAL AND COMMUNITY BENEFIT PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) AND 170(C)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 AND TO SUPPORT THE POLK COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION.

The goal of this organization is to promote, produce or provide access to a variety of arts experiences encompassing the visual, media or performing arts.

FENCE IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO SERVE AS A COMMUNITY RESOURCE FOR THE PRESERVATION OF GREEN SPACE AND FOR EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES LINKING NATURE, ANIMALS, AND PEOPLE.

Coaching, access to a swimming pool or other facilities, sports equipment, and officials for competitions are generally included.
